A broader perspective
Papinian provides advisory services and support across legal matters, accounting and finance, business development, HR and operational matters. Within legal advisory, our principal focus is immigration and asylum, as well as contracts and contractual matters.

01 / Our expertise
Six areas of expertise address different individual and business needs. Legal advisory focuses on immigration and asylum, and contracts; the other areas provide financial, business, workforce and operational support.
Advisory support for reviewing, interpreting and drafting contracts for individuals and businesses.
Accounting, bookkeeping, reporting and financial administration that provide structure, clarity and better information for business decisions.
Advisory support for starting, structuring or developing a business, with a focus on the organisation’s circumstances, structure and decisions ahead.
Support with HR, people-related matters, recruitment and staffing – tailored to the organisation’s needs, scope and circumstances.
Immigration advisory services relating to asylum, residence permits, extension matters, family migration and Swedish citizenship.
Tailored corporate and operational support for administrative, operational and coordination needs – structured around the nature and scope of the assignment and the organisation’s circumstances.
02 / Our perspective
A business decision rarely belongs to just one discipline. Legal considerations meet financial questions. Workforce needs meet operational realities. Papinian’s model is designed to consider these connections and bring a broader perspective to your needs.
Advice should lead to a practical next step. As circumstances develop, the scope and related questions can be revisited to support continuity.
